🔹 1. Digital Currency & Transactions

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, per U.S. consumer protection laws (FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. § 41-58).
• Digital currency has no real-world value and can only be used in-game.
• Prices and availability may change at our discretion.

🚫 2. No Refunds Policy

• No refunds for any reason, including accidental purchases.
• Bans or suspensions from the server due to rule violations will not be refunded.
• Chargebacks may result in a permanent ban and legal action under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030).

⚖️ 3. Server Rules & Conduct

• No cheating, exploiting, or abuse of in-game systems.
• Violating our rules may result in penalties or permanent bans.
• We reserve the right to enforce penalties at our discretion.

🔒 4. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect necessary user data (e.g., usernames, emails, transaction history).
• We do not sell/share data unless required by law.
• Compliant with U.S. laws:
  • COPPA (15 U.S.C. § 6501-6506) – No data collection from users under 13.
  • CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.) – California residents can request data access/deletion.
  • CFAA (18 U.S.C. § 1030) – Protection against unauthorized access.

🚷 5. Termination Clause

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations. Banned users forfeit all in-game currency and items.

You agree to hold us harmless from any legal claims arising from:

• Your use of our services.
• Your violations of these Terms or third-party rights.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
